In 1992 we led a multidisciplinary team that won the competition for the development of a former brewery in the historic Old Town of Edinburgh.

Our proposal maintained the traditionally diverse character of the area by retaining 6 original buildings and splitting the site into 17 plots, each sympathetically developed across a range of commercial, residential and retail uses.

The development received the Dynamic Place Award in 2001.
